Bar service needs to improve greatly!!! Water pressure in showers could be much better!!! Cleanliness of rooms needs addressing, especially bathrooms!!!

The family room provided a comfortable stay, and the kids loved the bunk beds and the fans for the hot weather. Breakfast was included and was a highlight, especially appreciated by first-time visitors eager to enjoy English cuisine. the bathroom's water pressure was disappointingly low, making it difficult to wash off soap, and the breakfast options were lacking in variety, leaning towards the underwhelming. It was also disruptive to be woken up early by noise outside the window.

In my wife’s opinion, the noise from the bar late at night made it tough for everyone to get a good night’s sleep.

I really enjoyed the comfy bed and the incredible personalised breakfast that kept me full for hours. The room was very clean and fresh, which added to the nice experience. I'd definitely stay here again if visiting the area!

the location was amazin, right by rhs gardens n hanningfield reservoir. breakfast was great, hot and cold with friendly staff. loved that they let us borrow plates n cutlery for our takeaway food. our room was quiet at the far end, no noise at all. really enjoyed our stay here and would def come back again!

the parking situation was kinda tricky, had to use the asda car park. the room could've used a wardrobe, just had drawers which was annoying.
